BOOKING INFORMATION

Hiring the Large Hall is possible in two slots:
9am - 6pm or 6pm - midnight
Each at a cost of £300. Additional hours outside these slots are chargeable at £25 per hour, £5 an hour if needed for setting up time.  In winter months a heating charge will be incurred at £1.50 per hour. Concessions are made in cases of special need.
It is sometimes possible to offer Friday evening for decorating the hall if desired

BOOKINGS PROCEDURE

Enquiries can be made in person or by phone during office hours, or leaving a message on the answer-phone.
The deposit is due when the booking is made, and the balance payable 2 weeks prior to the event.
The premises will be opened and locked by a caretaker. Please arrange with the office if preparation or clearing-up time is needed.
Please bring a black rubbish sack if food and drinks are served to use when clearing up. This should be left in the bin outside.
Kettles and cups are available in the kitchens. Alcohol may be sold under licence on the premises subject to legal age requirements.

PARKING

The entrance to the large hall is on Elmgrove Road, where there are normally a number of parking spaces. Parking is also available on Redland Road which borders the Elmgrove Centre on its North-East side. Further afield parking is possible on Zetland and South Rd, on Arley Hill and on Redland Grove (where access to the Elmgrove Centre can be gained across Cotham Gardens park, via the Living Well Leisure Centre site).
