*In winter months a heating charge will be incurred at 3.31per hour.

Large Hall restrictions- ALL music ( live or recorded ) must end at 11.00pm
No smoking allowed.
BOOKINGS PROCEDURE

Enquiries can be made in person or by phone during office hours, or leaving a message on the answer-phone. The deposit is due when the booking is made, and the balance payable 2 weeks prior to the event.. Please arrange with the office if preparation or clearing-up time is needed. Please bring a black rubbish sack if food and drinks are served to use when clearing up. This should be left in the bin outside. Kettles and cups are available in the kitchens. Alcohol may be sold under licence on the premises subject to legal age requirements.
