Christian Enterprises Trust was established in 1992 to take over the running of the Elmgrove Centre and, principally through it,
- to further its aims to extend Christianity and Christian Education in Bristol, the UK and abroad,
- to foster initiatives to love and serve in the community and
- to work towards enabling greater unity among Christian churches and organisations
